When you visit Forestburg Baptist Church for the first time, you can expect to be greeted with a warm smile and a friendly handshake. We understand it can be a little overwhelming when visiting a church for the first time, and we want you to feel as comfortable as possible.
Listed below are just a few common questions we hear. If you have any additional questions please feel free to give us a call or send an email via the information listed below. We look forward to seeing you soon!
1. What will the morning service be like?
God has not only called us to learn from Him, but also to worship Him. Part of worship service is spent worshipping God through song.
This is a blended service using both traditional hymns along with contemporary songs that exalt the name of Christ. Futhermore, we
have a high view of Scripture and believe that God's Word can and does transform the human heart. Therefore, the reading and
preaching of God's Word is an important part of our worship service.
2. What should I wear?
We want to you to feel comfortable just being you. We do not have any strict guidelines on what to wear. From t-shirts to suit and ties,
dresses to cargo pants, you will find people wearing exactly what they feel comfortable in. We want you to know that you will be
welcomed no matter how you dress.
3. Where do my children go?
Our nursery is available for infants through 3 years-old. The nursery is provided for all services and special events.
4. What should I bring?
Bring yourself, your family and your friends. If you have a Bible, bring it with you as well. If you do not have a Bible, do not let that keep
you away as we have plenty of copies that you can use.
