Pastor Tim Neely​

Tim has served as our Pastor since November 2016. Tim is married to Tammy and together have 3 daughters and  3 granddaughters. Pastor Tim attended Southwestern Seminary where he received a Diploma of Theology and a Advanced Diploma of Theology in December 2004. He then went on to graduate with a Advanced Master of Divinity in December of 2011. Tim and Tammy enjoy traveling and spending time with family and friends. One of his favorite verses in 2 Corinthians 5:17 which states, "Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creature; the old things passed away; behold, new things have come" (NASB).

Rashonda Hobbs

Roger Oakley

Rashonda Hobbs is our Youth Minister. Rashonda has served in various roles in youth ministry at FBC since 2006 and became the Youth Minister in March of 2017. Rashonda is a proud 2006 graduate of Texas Tech University. She graduated from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in 2008 with a Master's of Arts in Christian Education. Rashonda was born and raised and Forestburg. She has a passion to see the youth of her hometown own their faith and shine bright the light of Christ not only in Forestburg but around the world.

​Roger Oakley joined the Forestburg Baptist team in August 2021. He is married to Mimi and together have 7 children and 17 grandchildren. Roger serves as Minister of Music leading the congregation together with the worship team in praise and worship. He also occasionally fulfills preaching responsibilities. Roger is a 2010 graduate of Liberty Baptist Seminary with a Master of Religion. In his free time, Roger enjoys travelling and visiting children with Mimi, working on his small cattle ranch, singing worship songs and reading books on theology and apologetics.

Alexis Steadham

Children's Minister/ Secretary

Alexis Steadham has been part of the Forestburg Baptist Church family since February 2021, and she brings heart, energy, and a whole lot of joy to everything she does! Married to Ridge Steadham, Alexis is a proud mom to three amazing kids — Lily, Ashley, and Alex — who keep her life full of laughter and love. With a passion for helping kids grow in their faith, Alexis began serving in Children’s Ministry in 2020 and officially stepped into the role of Children's Minister in January 2024. Her mission? To make sure every child hears about Jesus and experiences His love. She believes that when Jesus takes root in a child's heart, He’ll keep growing with them every step of the way. On top of that, Alexis keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes as our Church Secretary, handling office matters and church finances with care and precision. When she’s not busy at the church, you’ll likely find her belting out a tune or tending to her award-winning dairy goats (yes, really — they’ve got the ribbons to prove it!). We’re so blessed to have Alexis on the team!
