What is B.L.A.S.T. Kids?

BLAST is our Wednesday night Children’s program for Grades Pre-K to 6th. Our goal is to equip our littles to know Christ and accept Him in their hearts. To turn to Jesus in times of trouble and serve Him with gladness in all things we do. On Wednesdays, we pick the students up from school and bring them to the church. We have worship, bible study, fellowship, playtime, & dinner. You will then pick up your child thru the driveway in front of the sanctuary at 6pm. We have multiple events throughout the year and encourage the kids to come as many Wednesdays as they can!

This year our focus is on the Beatitudes- Jesus' beautiful teachings from the sermon on the mount. We will be helping kids understand how these lessons apply to their everyday life's- being kind, showing mercy, staying humble and trusting God even when things are tough. We're using stories, crafts and activities to help the kids connect these ideas in a fun and meaningful way.

I hereby give my permission for all the children listed to attend BLAST and ride in the Forestburg Baptist Church vans for activities and to allow my child to picked up from the school on Wednesday afternoons and any other special evets thru the year. I understand that my child(ren) will be under adult supervision at all times. I understand and release and hold harmless Forestburg Baptist Church, its trustees, officers, employees, and any volunteers from liability, past, or future, fully and completely. I authorize the executive staff or designated medical professional to administer emergency medical assistance if I cannot be reached. *
